Dear Jubilee,
It may be Monday but you are in action for God, Jubilee; at the church, in your homes and at work and at school. On Mondays Mr. Jack Wansley and his friend, Robert, receive and haul donations from Wal-Mart. These boxes of groceries Jubilee’s two food pantries and are shared with Pine Lake Camp.
Wednesday evening is Jubilee’s annual Skating Party. Please note the correct time – 6:00-8:00pm. Suggested donation for skaters is $5.00. Please invite your friends to Skate Odyssey. Please contact Sharon Dufour if you have questions.
The Quilting Retreat at Pine Lake began today and lasts until Thursday. Please join the quilting fun. Contact Pine Lake for more information.
Beth Graybill leads Mom’s Group every Tuesday morning beginning at 9:00am. If you know a mother with young children that would enjoy this group, talk to Beth Graybill.
Men’s Prayer Breakfast meets at Queen City Truck Stop at 6:15 every Friday morning. Pastor Duane can tell you more.
Friday evening at 6:00pm we will Bag Groceries in the foyer of Jubilee. Volunteers are needed to put grape juice, grits, applesauce or other items into bags. Can you help? Please let me know if you can come.
Friday evening through Saturday Gulf States Conference will gather at Pine Lake for the GSMC Retreat. Please contact Jeff Landis for more info.
On Sunday Jeff Landis will continue our preaching series on NEWS; Nurture, Evangelism, Worship and Service, with a sermon on Worship.
Following the service we will gather for a Pot Luck in the gym. The youth group will clean the kitchen and gym after the pot luck for donations to Jubilee’s Food Pantry. Talk to Joel Diener for details.
